A high muck-a-muck of Foundation was terminated for abusing anomaly objects in February 25th. I undertook organizing her relics, and found a well-known artist's picture, which is anomaly. A D-Class taking it just drawn into it. After prescribing amnesiacs to witness, I downscaled its anomaly as weak hallucination and reported superior authority. See External Report 1 for detail. Then another Level 4 demanded it. I had made two copies, gave one to Level 4 guy, and gave the other to cleaner to burn it. Then I hide the real one away.

12/17/2000, Begum khan, the Vice-Minister of Foreign Affairs, was disappeared. The goverment claimed him drawing into a presented picture and attatched it with our item. They shifted responsibility, and adjure for compensation, which is rejected. With help of other customers, the situation was smoothly solved. Seeing that Begum khan suppressed The Chaos Insurgency, this incident is estimated to be The CI' s work. The subject is categorized in Butilin I/Semnones, and Low-Medium level of reality distorting. It' s not so high level, but it's keep increasing. It will be harder and harder to control. The main anomalies of this are being sentient and making physical influence. It somehow senses a people's feeling whose are seeing it, and takes who feels negative emotions into it. Thank you for supporting.

It is sure that they broke it. So, we can use the second one for our customers. Actually, there's no difference between that two, and in my opinion, the second one is more impressive.
